Liz Amuchastegui PT, DPT (“Uh-MOOCH-ah-STEH-gee”) received her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Regis University in 2015 with Alpha Sigma Nu honors. She seeks to give her patients the tools they need to learn to take care of their own bodies and get back to doing the things they love while addressing the root cause and preventing recurrences. She is skilled at treating hypermobile individuals and athletes and individuals seeking a quick but safe return to sport and activity. She has a keen eye for adverse movement patterns and uses a hands-on and detailed approach.
Before working as a physical therapist, Liz studied at Stanford University, and competed on the swim team, achieving two 2nd place individual NCAA Div I finishes and contributing to two 2nd place team finishes. She was also a 12-time NCAA All-american and 3-time Pac 10 champion. She went on to compete nationally and internationally, including three Olympic Trials and World University Games in China.

Aurora obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Southern Oregon University and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in 2012. Aurora continued her post graduate education through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and specialized in pelvic health treating men, women and children. Aurora has extensive experience and training in a wide range of pelvic heath conditions and orthopedic care. She enjoys working with patients of different age ranges and activity levels. She strives to provide a comprehensive, whole body assessment based on each individuals unique needs and goals.

Pablo has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2007. He grew up in the mountain playground of Taos, NM where he spent his Summers playing baseball and winters skiing as much as he could. He attended the University of Redlands in CA for undergraduate where he played 2 years of varsity baseball before his own shoulder injury ended his career. He later moved back to NM and attended the University of New Mexico for his graduate training where he earned a Masters degree in Physical Therapy.
Prior to moving to Oregon Pablo practiced in his home town of Taos, NM for years working with local athletes including skiers and snowboarders as well as local HS teams. Upon moving to Oregon Pablo focused on obtaining his Orthopedic Clinical Specialty (OCS) certification while honing his treatment skills with different manual therapy and osteopathic techniques with special focus on overhead athletes.
He has recently focused his education on rehab and injury prevention for fitness athletes of all types while maintaining a large skillset in working all ortho injuries from shoulders to knees. He has become well known as not only a shoulder specialist but also a specialist in return to sport training for ACL and other knee surgeries.
